Autre enjeu, la concentration en CO<sub>2<\/sub> dans l\u2019atmosph\u00e8re et la quantit\u00e9 de gaz \u00e0 effets de serre \u00e9mis qui sont directement corr\u00e9l\u00e9es au r\u00e9chauffement plan\u00e9taire global et au d\u00e9r\u00e8glement climatique.<\/p>\n<p>Pour faire face \u00e0 cette crise \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique renforc\u00e9e par le contexte politico-\u00e9conomique actuel, les \u00e9tats se sont engag\u00e9s via <a href=\"https:\/\/www.un.org\/fr\/climatechange\/paris-agreement\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">les accords de Paris<\/a> \u00e0 contenir le r\u00e9chauffement (limite cible de 2\u00b0C entre 1850 et 2100). L\u2019objectif fix\u00e9 est de r\u00e9duire les \u00e9missions mais \u00e9galement de substituer les besoins en ressources fossiles par le d\u00e9veloppement de nouvelles \u00e9nergies durables et renouvelables.<\/p>\n<p>Au c\u0153ur de ces alternatives, <strong>l\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne est consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme le futur carburant <\/strong>pour la mobilit\u00e9 de demain. Il offre la possibilit\u00e9 d\u2019\u00eatre produit, stock\u00e9, transport\u00e9 et utilis\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Sur le plan national de la France, la fili\u00e8re de l\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne est soutenue par un financement de 7 milliards d\u2019euros, avec une ambition forte pour 2030 : <strong>d\u00e9velopper l\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne vert, totalement d\u00e9carbon\u00e9 <\/strong>pour une mobilit\u00e9 durable et limiter \u00e0 2\u00b0C le r\u00e9chauffement.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div id=\"pg-32762-3\"  class=\"panel-grid panel-no-style\" ><div id=\"pgc-32762-3-0\"  class=\"panel-grid-cell\" ><div id=\"panel-32762-3-0-0\" class=\"so-panel widget widget_sow-editor panel-first-child panel-last-child\" data-index=\"4\" ><div class=\"bordure_gauche_orange panel-widget-style panel-widget-style-for-32762-3-0-0\" ><div\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\tclass=\"so-widget-sow-editor so-widget-sow-editor-base\"\n\t\t\t\n\t\t>\n<div class=\"siteorigin-widget-tinymce textwidget\">\n\t<div class=\"intermediaire_noir\">L\u2019enjeu industriel autour de l\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne est de participer \u00e0 la transition \u00e9nergique via la massification de la fabrication d\u2019un hydrog\u00e8ne durable et d\u00e9carbon\u00e9.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div id=\"pg-32762-4\"  class=\"panel-grid panel-no-style\" ><div id=\"pgc-32762-4-0\"  class=\"panel-grid-cell\" ><div id=\"panel-32762-4-0-0\" class=\"so-panel widget widget_sow-editor panel-first-child panel-last-child\" data-index=\"5\" ><div\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\tclass=\"so-widget-sow-editor so-widget-sow-editor-base\"\n\t\t\t\n\t\t>\n<div class=\"siteorigin-widget-tinymce textwidget\">\n\t<p>Cela implique le d\u00e9ploiement \u00e0 grande \u00e9chelle des techniques de fabrication (Vaporeformage ; Oxydation partielle ; Gaz\u00e9ification ; Electrolyse) et la prise en compte syst\u00e9matique de la balance apport vs co\u00fbt \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.carbone4.com\/publication-hydrogene-bas-carbone\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Etude Carbone 4 \u2013 Octobre 2022 : Hydrog\u00e8ne bas-carbone : quels usages pertinents \u00e0 moyen terme dans un monde d\u00e9carbon\u00e9 ?<\/a>)<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Une fili\u00e8re en pleine mutation<\/h3>\n<p>Les acteurs sont multiples, tout comme les strat\u00e9gies d\u2019exploitation de l\u2019\u00e9nergie contenue dans l\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Certains acteurs envisagent que l\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne soit en fonction des besoins du march\u00e9 r\u00e9inject\u00e9 (\u00e0 diff\u00e9rente pression), sous forme gazeuse au sein d\u2019un r\u00e9seau de pipelines d\u00e9di\u00e9, que ce soit sous sa forme pure ou bien m\u00e9lang\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li>D\u2019autres consid\u00e8rent une \u00e9tape pr\u00e9alable de stockage, via une pile \u00e0 combustible. L\u2019une des difficult\u00e9s majeures est la jeunesse de ce secteur industriel, en pleine construction et au mod\u00e8le de d\u00e9ploiement encore incertain.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>L\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne, un gaz inflammable<\/h3>\n<p>En premier lieu, l\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne est un gaz peu toxique. Il est toutefois extr\u00eamement inflammable et r\u00e9actif (incendie, explosion...).<\/p>\n<p>Ce gaz a la capacit\u00e9 de former des m\u00e9langes explosifs avec l\u2019air dans des limites tr\u00e8s larges (4 \u00e0 77 % en volume) et m\u00eame exploser spontan\u00e9ment en cas d\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9vation forte de temp\u00e9rature ou de pression (source INRS).<\/p>\n<p>Pour rappel, un gaz ou liquide combustible peut s\u2019enflammer au contact d\u2019un comburant (oxyg\u00e8ne pur, air enrichi ou air naturel) dans la limite de proportions de m\u00e9lange appel\u00e9es limite inf\u00e9rieure d\u2019explosivit\u00e9 (LIE) et limite sup\u00e9rieure d\u2019explosivit\u00e9 (LSE) et en pr\u00e9sence d\u2019un apport d\u2019\u00e9nergie.<\/p>\n<p>En dessous de la LIE, le m\u00e9lange ne contient pas suffisamment de combustible pour s\u2019enflammer et au-dessus de la LSE il ne contient pas suffisamment de comburant pour s\u2019enflammer.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div id=\"pg-32762-7\"  class=\"panel-grid panel-no-style\" ><div id=\"pgc-32762-7-0\"  class=\"panel-grid-cell\" ><div id=\"panel-32762-7-0-0\" class=\"so-panel widget widget_sow-editor panel-first-child panel-last-child\" data-index=\"8\" ><div\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\tclass=\"so-widget-sow-editor so-widget-sow-editor-base\"\n\t\t\t\n\t\t>\n<div class=\"siteorigin-widget-tinymce textwidget\">\n\t<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-33356\" src=\"https:\/\/www.olikrom.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/tableau-source-ademe.png\" alt=\"tableau-source-ademe\" width=\"851\" height=\"281\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.olikrom.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/tableau-source-ademe.png 851w, https:\/\/www.olikrom.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/tableau-source-ademe-300x99.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 851px) 100vw, 851px\" \/><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><div id=\"pgc-32762-7-1\"  class=\"panel-grid-cell\" ><div id=\"panel-32762-7-1-0\" class=\"so-panel widget widget_sow-editor panel-first-child panel-last-child\" data-index=\"9\" ><div\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\tclass=\"so-widget-sow-editor so-widget-sow-editor-base\"\n\t\t\t\n\t\t>\n<div class=\"siteorigin-widget-tinymce textwidget\">\n\t<p><em>Source ADEME : Guide d\u2019information sur les risques et les mesures de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 li\u00e9s \u00e0 la production d\u00e9centralis\u00e9e d\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div id=\"pg-32762-8\"  class=\"panel-grid panel-no-style\" ><div id=\"pgc-32762-8-0\"  class=\"panel-grid-cell\" ><div id=\"panel-32762-8-0-0\" class=\"so-panel widget widget_sow-editor panel-first-child panel-last-child\" data-index=\"10\" ><div\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\tclass=\"so-widget-sow-editor so-widget-sow-editor-base\"\n\t\t\t\n\t\t>\n<div class=\"siteorigin-widget-tinymce textwidget\">\n\t<h3>Le danger des fuites d\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne<\/h3>\n<p>La prise en compte de l\u2019inflammabilit\u00e9 de l\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne est une probl\u00e9matique omnipr\u00e9sente dans l\u2019industrie pour la protection des personnes et des \u00e9quipements, tout aussi bien pr\u00e9sent sur les sites de production et de transformation \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique que lors de son transport ou en phase de conditionnement.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dans tous les cas, les risques de fuite sont importants.<\/strong> Selon les estimations des scientifiques, la production et l'utilisation d'une tonne d'hydrog\u00e8ne pourrait laisser s'\u00e9chapper entre 5 et 30 kg. Cette fourchette aurait le m\u00eame impact sur le climat que 1 \u00e0 6 tonnes de CO<sub>2<\/sub>.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne \u00e9tant un gaz tr\u00e8s inflammable, le <strong>risque d\u2019explosion et d\u2019incendie est r\u00e9el<\/strong> et peut avoir de grandes cons\u00e9quences.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Un enjeu de formation et de sensibilisation<\/h3>\n<p>Quoique soit l\u2019\u00e9mergence des usages, la manipulation d\u2019une substance hautement inflammable impose une sensibilisation et une formation de bon nombre d\u2019acteurs industriels.<\/p>\n<p>Chacun \u00e0 son \u00e9chelle se doit de prendre conscience de la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de s\u00e9curiser les sites industriels face au risque et au danger de l'hydrog\u00e8ne, et ce \u00e0 diff\u00e9rents niveaux de la cha\u00eene de valeur, qu\u2019ils soient n\u00e9ophytes ou bien ayant d\u00e9j\u00e0 une exp\u00e9rience sur d\u2019autres types d\u2019\u00e9nergies (gaz naturel par exemple).<\/p>\n<p>Cette sensibilisation pour la protection des personnes et des \u00e9quipements devra concerner tous les acteurs et tous les responsables de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 industrielle : fabricants d\u2019unit\u00e9s de stockage (r\u00e9servoirs, pile), acteurs de la mobilit\u00e9 (automobile, ferroviaire, air &amp; space\u2026), installateurs d\u2019infrastructures (distribution, stations de recharge), sans oublier contractants en charge de la maintenance.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div id=\"pg-32762-9\"  class=\"panel-grid panel-no-style\" ><div id=\"pgc-32762-9-0\"  class=\"panel-grid-cell\" ><div id=\"panel-32762-9-0-0\" class=\"so-panel widget widget_sow-editor panel-first-child panel-last-child\" data-index=\"11\" ><div\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\tclass=\"so-widget-sow-editor so-widget-sow-editor-base\"\n\t\t\t\n\t\t>\n<div class=\"siteorigin-widget-tinymce textwidget\">\n\t<h2>L\u2019innovation au service de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div id=\"pg-32762-10\"  class=\"panel-grid panel-no-style\" ><div id=\"pgc-32762-10-0\"  class=\"panel-grid-cell\" ><div id=\"panel-32762-10-0-0\" class=\"so-panel widget widget_sow-editor panel-first-child panel-last-child\" data-index=\"12\" ><div\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\tclass=\"so-widget-sow-editor so-widget-sow-editor-base\"\n\t\t\t\n\t\t>\n<div class=\"siteorigin-widget-tinymce textwidget\">\n\t<h3>Quels moyens existants pour d\u00e9tecter la pr\u00e9sence d\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne ?<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div id=\"pg-32762-11\"  class=\"panel-grid panel-no-style\" ><div id=\"pgc-32762-11-0\"  class=\"panel-grid-cell\" ><div id=\"panel-32762-11-0-0\" class=\"so-panel widget widget_sow-editor panel-first-child panel-last-child\" data-index=\"13\" ><div\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\tclass=\"so-widget-sow-editor so-widget-sow-editor-base\"\n\t\t\t\n\t\t>\n<div class=\"siteorigin-widget-tinymce textwidget\">\n\t<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-36115 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.olikrom.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/hydrogene-usine-licensecanva.png\" alt=\"usine \u00e0 hydrog\u00e8ne futur\" width=\"580\" height=\"425\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.olikrom.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/hydrogene-usine-licensecanva.png 580w, https:\/\/www.olikrom.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/hydrogene-usine-licensecanva-300x220.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 580px) 100vw, 580px\" \/><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><div id=\"pgc-32762-11-1\"  class=\"panel-grid-cell\" ><div id=\"panel-32762-11-1-0\" class=\"so-panel widget widget_sow-editor panel-first-child panel-last-child\" data-index=\"14\" ><div\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\tclass=\"so-widget-sow-editor so-widget-sow-editor-base\"\n\t\t\t\n\t\t>\n<div class=\"siteorigin-widget-tinymce textwidget\">\n\t<p>On trouve aujourd\u2019hui <strong>diff\u00e9rentes m\u00e9thodes pour d\u00e9tecter l\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne<\/strong>. On peut utiliser l\u2019approche classique, celle de l\u2019eau savonneuse pour faire appara\u00eetre des bulles sur chaque composant candidat.<\/p>\n<p>Il existe \u00e9galement des capteurs d'hydrog\u00e8ne micro\u00e9lectroniques (renifleurs) qui fonctionnent \u00e0 l\u2019aide de semi-conducteurs, par oxydation catalytique. Ces appareils sont tr\u00e8s efficaces pour certains usages mais pr\u00e9sentent quelques limites. Ils n\u00e9cessitent notamment un apport d\u2019\u00e9nergie (\u00e9lectricit\u00e9), pas toujours possible, et qui induit un <strong>risque important d'explosion.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Par ailleurs, la d\u00e9tection est localis\u00e9e, ponctuelle. L'utilisation de capteurs \u00e9lectroniques pour monitorer l\u2019\u00e9chappement d\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne tout au long d\u2019un pipeline est par exemple impossible. Cette solution imposerait la mise en place d\u2019un r\u00e9seau complexe de capteurs.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div id=\"pg-32762-12\"  class=\"panel-grid panel-no-style\" ><div id=\"pgc-32762-12-0\"  class=\"panel-grid-cell\" ><div id=\"panel-32762-12-0-0\" class=\"so-panel widget widget_sow-editor panel-first-child panel-last-child\" data-index=\"15\" ><div\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\tclass=\"so-widget-sow-editor so-widget-sow-editor-base\"\n\t\t\t\n\t\t>\n<div class=\"siteorigin-widget-tinymce textwidget\">\n\t<h3>O\u00f9 d\u00e9tecter les fuites d\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne ?<\/h3>\n<p>La difficult\u00e9 majeure pour d\u00e9tecter l'\u00e9chappement d\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne est la multitude des lieux \u00e0 inspecter. Traditionnellement avec un gaz classique, la principale cause d'\u00e9chappement est localis\u00e9e autour des raccords, des jonctions, des soudures.<\/p>\n<p>Avec l\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne, la situation est bien plus complexe. Les mol\u00e9cules d\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne sont de petites tailles.
