Un produit comme une peinture thermochromique, quant \u00e0 lui, peut \u00eatre d\u00e9pos\u00e9 dans la chambre de combustion. Apr\u00e8s s\u00e9chage, le moteur est mis en fonctionnement, puis stopp\u00e9 et d\u00e9mont\u00e9. <strong>Le caract\u00e8re irr\u00e9versible de la peinture thermochrome permet d\u2019analyser le (ou les) gradient(s) du changement de couleur<\/strong>. Cette donn\u00e9e permet d\u2019acc\u00e9der \u00e0 la cartographie thermique atteinte par la chambre de combustion en fonctionnement. Ce type de demande intervient notamment pour le stockage de mati\u00e8res sensibles pendant des ann\u00e9es dans le domaine de la maintenance industrielle (\u00e9nergie, p\u00e9trochimie, nucl\u00e9aire\u2026). L\u2019autonomie \u00e9lectrique est dans ce cas un crit\u00e8re d\u2019exigence.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Le thermochromisme est un processus thermodynamique qui agit comme une solution passive<\/strong>. Le changement de couleur intervient uniquement lorsque le seuil de temp\u00e9rature est franchi.<\/p>\n<p>Tout est dans la programmation initiale du mat\u00e9riau pour pr\u00e9senter le bon seuil de d\u00e9clenchement de la commutation \u00e0 la temp\u00e9rature. A l\u2019image d\u2019un \u00eatre vivant, l\u2019information de changement de couleur est inscrite dans l\u2019ADN m\u00eame du mat\u00e9riau thermochrome. Il s\u2019agit en cons\u00e9quence d\u2019un <strong>ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne robuste qui contraste avec les fragilit\u00e9s \u00e9lectroniques d\u2019un thermom\u00e8tre et\/ou thermocouple<\/strong> : pannes, piratage, probl\u00e9matiques li\u00e9es \u00e0 la maintenance etc.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div id=\"pg-18231-3\"  class=\"panel-grid panel-no-style\" ><div id=\"pgc-18231-3-0\"  class=\"panel-grid-cell\" ><div id=\"panel-18231-3-0-0\" class=\"so-panel widget widget_sow-editor panel-first-child\" data-index=\"5\" ><div\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\tclass=\"so-widget-sow-editor so-widget-sow-editor-base\"\n\t\t\t\n\t\t>\n<div class=\"siteorigin-widget-tinymce textwidget\">\n\t<h2>Pour cartographier un objet dans son ensemble\u2026<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><div id=\"panel-18231-3-0-1\" class=\"so-panel widget widget_sow-editor panel-last-child\" data-index=\"6\" ><div\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\tclass=\"so-widget-sow-editor so-widget-sow-editor-base\"\n\t\t\t\n\t\t>\n<div class=\"siteorigin-widget-tinymce textwidget\">\n\t<p>En maintenance pr\u00e9dictive et\/ou s\u00e9curit\u00e9 industrielle, le besoin peut \u00eatre d\u2019<strong>acc\u00e9der au comportement thermique d\u2019une grande surface<\/strong>, d\u2019un objet ou de produits dans leur son int\u00e9gralit\u00e9. C\u2019est le cas, par exemple, d\u2019une chemin\u00e9e industrielle (d\u2019un four, d\u2019un camion frigorifique\u2026) dont on veut monitorer en fonctionnement sa temp\u00e9rature ext\u00e9rieure. L\u2019usage d\u2019un thermocouple et\/ou thermom\u00e8tre permet d\u2019acc\u00e9der \u00e0 une information locale mais nullement \u00e0 la cartographie globale de la temp\u00e9rature.<\/p>\n<p>A l\u2019inverse, le simple changement de couleur d\u2019un rev\u00eatement thermochrome positionn\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur de cette chemin\u00e9e industrielle permet d\u2019identifier les zones anormales d\u2019\u00e9chauffement. C\u2019est un <strong>moyen simple de suivre un \u00e9ventuel r\u00e9tr\u00e9cissement de l\u2019isolant thermique et de programmer une intervention de maintenance<\/strong>. Tel est le cas par exemple dans le domaine m\u00e9dical et\/ou alimentaire. Contrairement \u00e0 l\u2019usage d\u2019un thermocouple et\/ou thermom\u00e8tre, <strong>un produit thermochrome r\u00e9versible \u00e0 effet m\u00e9moire ou thermochrome irr\u00e9versible permet de contr\u00f4ler l\u2019\u00e9volution thermique d\u2019un \u00e9l\u00e9ment \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle individuelle<\/strong>, de chaque m\u00e9dicament, chaque emballage : pour identifier par exemple une rupture de la cha\u00eene du froid alimentaire, attester la conformit\u00e9 de stockage d\u2019un m\u00e9dicament, d\u2019un vaccin.<\/p>\n<p>Un autre int\u00e9r\u00eat offert par l\u2019approche thermochrome est de combiner l\u2019\u00e9chelle individuelle avec une <strong>facilit\u00e9 de mise en \u0153uvre et une solution \u00e0 faible co\u00fbt<\/strong>. C\u2019est le cas notamment de l\u2019ensemble des indicateurs de bien-\u00eatre et de confort. A l\u2019exemple, des pastilles thermochromes sur une boite de pizza, une boisson,\u2026 qui indiquent une bonne temp\u00e9rature de consommation.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div id=\"pg-18231-5\"  class=\"panel-grid panel-no-style\" ><div id=\"pgc-18231-5-0\"  class=\"panel-grid-cell\" ><div id=\"panel-18231-5-0-0\" class=\"so-panel widget widget_sow-editor panel-first-child\" data-index=\"9\" ><div\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\tclass=\"so-widget-sow-editor so-widget-sow-editor-base\"\n\t\t\t\n\t\t>\n<div class=\"siteorigin-widget-tinymce textwidget\">\n\t<h2>Pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 des enjeux de tra\u00e7abilit\u00e9 ou de lutte anti-contrefa\u00e7on<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><div id=\"panel-18231-5-0-1\" class=\"so-panel widget widget_sow-editor panel-last-child\" data-index=\"10\" ><div\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\tclass=\"so-widget-sow-editor so-widget-sow-editor-base\"\n\t\t\t\n\t\t>\n<div class=\"siteorigin-widget-tinymce textwidget\">\n\t<p>Il existe enfin des usages plus subtils pour de la tra\u00e7abilit\u00e9, pour <strong>identifier facilement une rupture de la cha\u00eene du froid<\/strong>. Un indicateur thermochrome peut-\u00eatre par exemple positionn\u00e9 au niveau d\u2019un code barre. Il devient thermosensible et peut se modifier par l\u2019ajout\/ou la disparition d\u2019un code en cas d\u2019anomalie. Cette approche permet de retirer un article d\u2019une cha\u00eene d\u2019approvisionnement, de ventes sans alerter (inqui\u00e9ter) le consommateur.<\/p>\n<p>Enfin, d\u2019autres usages font appel aux mat\u00e9riaux thermochromes pour <strong>introduire des \u00e9l\u00e9ments de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 pour la lutte anti-contrefa\u00e7on<\/strong>. En fonction des besoins, cela peut \u00eatre visible. A l\u2019exemple, d\u2019un rev\u00eatement sur un <strong>packaging qui changera de couleur s\u2019il est chauff\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019une source chaude<\/strong> pour tenter de d\u00e9coller une \u00e9tiquette et ouvrir un document cachet\u00e9. Cette approche de modification de la couleur (en cas d\u2019anomalie\/de bonne temp\u00e9rature de consommation) pr\u00e9sente<strong> l\u2019avantage d\u2019\u00eatre compr\u00e9hensible par tous, facile d\u2019usage, et facile d\u2019interpr\u00e9tation<\/strong>. Pour les marques, c\u2019est souvent un \u00e9l\u00e9ment de diff\u00e9renciation. Un moyen simple de moderniser (relooker) des produits existants. Lui apporter une note de design, d\u2019innovation, d\u2019interactivit\u00e9 avec l\u2019environnement, de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et prise en compte du bien-\u00eatre du consommateur.<\/p>\n<p>Il convient toutefois d\u2019\u00eatre particuli\u00e8rement vigilant sur l\u2019origine de ces mat\u00e9riaux.
