An example is the partnership with the GRTgaz Group. The challenge is <strong>to develop an intelligent coating that will enable operators to detect the beginnings of corrosion on overhead pipes<\/strong>, through changes in color or luminescence.<\/p>\n<p>Our teams are also working daily to meet the major environmental challenges of tomorrow. The objective is <strong>to create new eco-responsible solutions<\/strong>, particularly around green hydrogen. To support the deployment of this future green fuel, our teams are making progress on the design of coatings capable of changing color in the event of a hydrogen leak.<\/p>\n<p>We are also working <strong>to create a reactive pavement that will combat heat islands in urban areas,<\/strong> in response to the challenges of increasing urbanization and global warming.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Launch of new disruptive products<\/h3>\n<p>2022 will also see the start of production in our plant of new breakthrough innovations in <strong>the cosmetics, luxury goods and industrial sectors.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>These innovations will <strong>be produced on a white label basis<\/strong>, in accordance with the agreements signed with our industrial partners.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>+25% of the workforce<\/h3>\n<div id=\"attachment_12083\" style=\"width: 360px\" class=\"wp-caption alignright\"><img aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-12083\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-12083 size-thumbnail\" src=\"https:\/\/www.olikrom.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/equipe-350x196.jpg\" alt=\"Team OliKrom\u00a9\" width=\"350\" height=\"196\" \/><p id=\"caption-attachment-12083\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">OliKrom Team\u00a9<\/p><\/div>\n<p>In 2021, OliKrom's workforce grew by 25%. At the end, the industrialization and production stages are mastered to deliver the product in the form of inks or paints.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>2017: the opening of the industrial site<\/h3>\n<p>The year 2017 was a key step in OliKrom's adventure, that of <strong>the bold bet to acquire an industrial site of +3800m2<\/strong> in Pessac (33).<br \/>\nThe objective was to create a bridge between the production plant and our Research &amp; Development laboratories <strong>to gain responsiveness, innovate, and ensure<\/strong> continuity between the proof of concept and the realization of a real product by integrating all technical, economic and strategic dimensions of marketing.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_10961\" style=\"width: 760px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-10961\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-10961\" src=\"https:\/\/www.olikrom.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/production-industrielle-750x358.jpg\" alt=\"L'usine de production OliKrom\u00a9\" width=\"750\" height=\"358\" \/><p id=\"caption-attachment-10961\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">OliKrom production plant\u00a9<\/p><\/div>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3>2019: launch of the first smart product on the market<\/h3>\n<p>2019 is the year of <strong>the breakthrough innovation LuminoKrom<\/strong>\u00ae:<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.luminokrom.com\/la-peinture-luminokrom-en-mode-jour-nuit\/\"> the first photoluminescent paint<\/a> <\/strong>suitable for road use. Once again, it was a bold gamble. OliKrom has established itself as<strong> the leader in intelligent materials with programmed color change.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Our vertical integration strategy allows us to master the properties of intelligent materials at every stage of the transformation process.<\/p>\n<p>Five years after the purchase and installation of our plant, our industrial capacity has become one of the most powerful arguments for our partner customers.
