Digital: here are the 18 start-ups from the New Aquitaine Region selected for Vivatech

Vivatech, whose 4th edition will take place from May 16 to 18 in Paris, has become one of the major events for start-ups and major digital groups.

It is now one of the events that matter for the digital world in Europe, for both start-ups and large groups (Google, Facebook …).

In 2018, Viva Technology gathered 100,000 participants from around the world (more than 125 nationalities), including 9,000 start-ups, 1,900 investors, 2,000 exhibitors, 300 speakers, 23 open innovation labs.

To launch the new edition and announce the trends of 2019, this Parisian edition is organizing a tour of France. VivaTech Tour passed through Bordeaux Thursday, April 4, stopping at Halle Héméra (1,900 m² of coworking in the heart of Bordeaux ).

The Region will have a 130 m² booth

This was an opportunity for the Regional Council of New Aquitaine to announce the names of 18 start-ups (2 more than last year) who will exhibit on its booth of 130 m² at the show this year, in the zone ” Accelerate Territories “.

The purpose of this participation is to promote innovative companies while strengthening the collaboration of regional ecosystem actors.

Here they are :

DESKi (Bordeaux), specialized in healthtech and artificial intelligence for medical ultrasound and development of solutions for acquisition assistance and support for diagnosis.

JOUE (Bordeaux), in the entertainment, will present its expressive and modular Midi controller that reacts like a real instrument. Innovative and evolving, it simplifies the practice of music and offers beginners and confirmed musicians a new level of expressiveness and spontaneity.

Go4IoT from Bordeaux as well, in the fintech, the legaltech and insurtech, which will present Khiko, connected object, intelligent and autonomous, to fix on the machines (Construction, Agriculture, Industry) to detect and alert in case of suspicious movement, potentially a robbery.

Grand Dressing (Périgny, 17), in fashiontech will unveil its rental system for men’s clothing by subscription.

Laou (Limoges, 87), for its part, is an innovative recruitment platform that connects companies in the regions who want to recruit computer scientists and computer scientists in Paris Region in search of a better quality of life.

In the smart-city, Materr’UP (Saint-Geours-de-Maremne, 40) will offer its low carbon concrete, namely structural and refreshing concrete from a patented clay cement. These “green concretes” are intended to decarbonize the construction.

Also in the smart-city, Olikrom (Pessac, 33) is a technology developed for professional use in the areas of road marking, industrial safety, decoration … giving coatings the particularity of emitting light without any power source.

Mr Bot (The Crown, 16), conversational agent specialist, accompanies its clients in the new era of customer relationship through the design and development of intelligent chatbots.

Neop (Limoges, 87) is a 100% connected, all inclusive, unlimited access control system for life.

Novo 3D (Angoulême, 16) is a catalog of travel in time, in virtual reality and intended for the general public.

In the edtechs, Pixis (Poitiers, 86), thanks to the visualization of data and the artificial intelligence, wishes to allow everyone to be an actor of its academic and professional orientation in relation with the big stakes of the 21st century and the jobs of the future.

Prof en Poche (Pau, 64) has developed a Virtual Hologram Teacher (3D) that teaches the basics of mathematics to elementary students.

Pollen Robotics (Bordeaux, 33), develops personalized robotic animations for events.

RHINOV (Bègles, 33) returns to Vivatech to develop the business of its 3D interior design simulations made by professional interior designers.

ST37 Sport and Technology (Jurançon, 64), offers intelligent and robotic video-refereeing.

THINKDEEP (Gradignan, 33) has created augmented reality applications, using artificial intelligence models to understand the context of the user and display relevant information in real time.

BYTHEWAVE (Moliets, 40), for its part, has a mobile application Ride + to improve its level in surfing, skateboarding or snow through virtual coaching.

Mellisphera (Pau, 64), in the foodtech, has developed a digital apiculture platform (IoT, BigData and IA).
